Choosing a size
Which size will fit my Laddu Gopal?
Our poshak use the maker’s size numbers, No. 1 to No. 6. Idols of the same “number” can differ between makers, so measure your idol (height and the width across the shoulders or base) and compare with the size guide. If you are unsure, message us your measurements on WhatsApp before ordering.
Is the idol included with the poshak?
No. Idols, mukut and jewellery are not included unless the product page clearly says so.
Will the colour match the photos exactly?
Our photos show the actual pieces, but phone screens and hand-finished work can make colours look slightly different.
Paying
How do I pay?
Choose “UPI” at checkout and place your order. The next page shows a QR code and our UPI ID with the exact amount. Pay from any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and others), then enter the 12-digit UPI reference number (UTR) on the same page.
Where do I find the UPI reference (UTR)?
Open the payment in your UPI app’s history. It is shown as “UPI Ref No.”, “UTR” or “UPI transaction ID” — a 12-digit number.
When is my order confirmed?
As soon as we see your payment in our account we mark the order as paid and start packing it. You will get an email update. Until then your items are reserved for you.
I paid but closed the page. What now?
Open the link in your order email, or sign in to My account and open the order. You can enter the UPI reference there, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Orders and delivery
How much is delivery?
We deliver across India only. Orders below ₹200 have a ₹50 delivery charge; orders of ₹200 and above are delivered free. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. See Shipping.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched we add the courier and tracking number to it. You will find them in the order email and in My account.
Can I return or exchange a poshak?
Only if the item is defective. Tell us within 3 days of delivery, with photos, and keep the item unused in its original packaging. Used items, and returns for a change of mind or because the size does not fit, cannot be accepted — so please check the size guide before ordering. Full details: Returns & exchanges.
