Terms of sale
Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Prem Raas Poshak (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping, Returns & exchanges and Privacy policies.
Products
- Product photos show the actual pieces. Hand-finished work can vary slightly in colour and detail, and screens show colours differently.
- Sizes use the maker’s numbers (No. 1 to No. 6). Idol sizes differ between makers, so please check the size guide against your idol.
- Idols, mukut and jewellery are not included with a poshak unless the product page says so.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We accept payment by UPI. After placing your order, pay the exact amount shown to our UPI ID and enter the UPI reference number (UTR). Your order is confirmed once the payment reaches our account.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled — for example an item is no longer available — we will tell you and refund any amount paid to the UPI account you paid from.
Delivery
We deliver within India only. Charges and dispatch details are on our Shipping page.
Returns and cancellations
Returns are accepted only for defective items reported within 3 days of delivery and kept unused. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Details: Returns & exchanges.
