Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026. This policy explains what information Prem Raas Poshak collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, phone number and email address, the items you buy and any note you add.
- When you pay by UPI: you pay us directly from your own UPI app. We never see or store your bank account, card or UPI PIN. We keep the UPI reference number (UTR) you enter so we can match your payment.
- If you create an account: your login details, saved addresses, order history and wishlist.
- When you browse: cookies that keep your cart, sign-in and wishlist working. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
Only to process and deliver your orders, confirm payments, send you order updates, answer your questions and keep our accounts. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who it is shared with
- The courier delivering your parcel receives your name, address and phone number.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
- Our Instagram page shows posts embedded from Instagram (Meta), which may set its own cookies when you view that page.
- Where the law requires it, we may share information with authorities.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; order records we must keep by law are kept until that period ends.
Your choices
You can view and update your details in My account, or contact us to ask for a copy of your information or for it to be corrected or deleted.
