Delivery charges

• Orders below ₹200: ₹50 delivery charge.
• Orders of ₹200 and above: free delivery.
• The order value is the total of your items after any discount coupon. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and tracking

• We pack your order after your payment is confirmed.
• When it is dispatched, we add the courier name and tracking number to your order. You will see them in your order email and in My account.
• Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. If you need an order by a particular date, WhatsApp us on +91 99555 93499 before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Your address

Please check your address, PIN code and phone number at checkout. The courier may call this number to deliver. If you notice a mistake, WhatsApp us on +91 99555 93499 straight away — we can correct it before the order is dispatched.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is defective, tell us within 3 days of delivery with photos. See Returns & exchanges.
